Shipping
As we print-to-order to ensure the product you receive is of the highest quality, please allow 5-14 business days to receive your order.
Returns and Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges, as we print-to-order to ensure the product you receive is of the highest quality and never recirculated or used.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you happen to receive a defective item (mistakes do happen), or your item is damaged during shipping, we will happily replace it. Defective or damaged items will be exchanged for the same product in the same size. Please contact us within 14 days after receiving your item at info@ettaandjames.com for further information.
Lost In Transit Items
If you have not received your item within 14 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at info@ettaandjames.com. Before contacting us, we ask that you confirm your shipping address was correct at the time of your order, and that you please get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
In the case of the original shipping address being incorrect, you will be responsible for all re-shipping costs. To update your shipping address, please contact us at info@ettaandjames.com and we will gladly send your order to you.
